I am Certified Scrum Master (CSM). I came to Scrum as a project manager with over 6 years of software development and 15 years of project management experience. In addition to the CSM designation, I hold a Project Manager Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute.  I am currently a Scrum Master, and have been for 2 years, for an election software development company.   

I have been in high tech since 1990, first as a software developer, then as a project manager, then as a federal certification manager and finally as a scrum manager for various election software development companies.

I have tackled some of the more involved implementation projects. I was the onsite Project Manager during the King County (Seattle) implementation and the Project Manager for Los Angeles County.

With more than 20 years experience, I have amassed a wealth of knowledge in the field of project implementation and management.
