Ari Tikka has an MSc in Structural Mechanics and SW development experience since 1990. From about 1997 he has been leading large change programs and leadership coaching programs aiming and empowerment and self-organization. Those did change the organizational culture. 2006-2008 he was a member in the team supporting Nokia Siemens Networks in the Agile Transformation, coaching several product lines in Scrum and other agile stuff.
