Tracy Weber is a Manager for Applications Development at the University of Notre Dame. Her areas of responsibility include the implementation and support of Enterprise Systems for the Human Resources, Finance and Research Administration business functions of the University.

Previously at Notre Dame, Tracy served for two years as a Project Manager and for two years as an Application Developer within Enterprise Systems. Prior to joining Notre Dame, Tracy worked at Accenture for seven years, coming up through the ranks as a programmer, consultant, and manager there.

Tracy is a founding member of ScrumU, and currently leads the group, which is comprised of six Universities that meet semi-monthly to share experiences and support each other in adoption of Agile methods. http://scrumu.org/

Tracy earned a BA with a double major in Math and Economics at Notre Dame. She holds PMP and ScrumMaster certifications.
