I am a dedicated Information Technology professional with over 10 years of experience in my field. My career has been centered on embedding quality in each phase on the software development life cycle along with improving business processes. I have contributed to many successful full life cycle software development projects as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer and a ScrumMaster. Some highlights include being the lead and SQA subject matter expert for the creation of a payment monitoring system for revenue tracking and a sales revenue data warehouse with corresponding reporting and analytics systems. Additionally I have spear headed a Six Sigma initiative to reduce defects and increase testing efficiency on a growing web portal project. I currently hold a Masters of Science degree in Quality Assurance Engineering and Technology, is a Six Sigma Greenbelt and has actively performed as a Certified Scrum Master for over 4 years.
