-        Played a key role as a Program Manager to rapidly expand IAHV Youth Empowerment Seminars (YES!) in High Schools to help errant youth and young students focus their energies in productive efforts to better themselves through self-discipline and empowerment. Within just one year YES! expanded to 1,500 students in 10 Bay Area high schools, garnering media headlines.
