 An Information Technology professional with over 22 years of experience with the last 13 years, leading initiatives associated with Software Testing / Quality Assurance in the following environments; Internet, Wireless, Mainframe Applications, Client/Server platforms such as UNIX/NT, Project Management, and Customer Relational Management Systems (CRM).
