I have worked in the IT field for 20-odd years now, mostly around the Oracle relational database and tools and Oracle's eBusiness ERP applications. I am a UK citizen living permanently in Minnesota, where I have based my company Agile Think (although we have an office in York, UK for whenever I feel homesick). I have deployed Agile methods for some years now and have taken interest in the evolution of management that enhance the successes of Agile rather than hinder them. This led me to the world of Scrum, and hence to membership of this alliance.
