Bill Humphries uses the Scrum Methodology to help manage projects at Linden Lab, the makers of the Second Life 3D Virtual World. 

Scrum has given him tools for understanding the problems we work on, and spotlighting how the teams he works with can do better.

Previously, he's worked on projects as an engineer at Linden Lab, an UI engineer working on MobileMe (neé .Mac), and on HR IT projects at Apple.

His professional training is in Economics (M.S. U of Wisconsin.)

Outside of work he DJ's, reads, tries to keep up with his road cycling buddies, and attends to the whims of two adopted cats.
