Background in programming, systems analysis, software design and that sort of thing. Recently spent way more time in process optimization, business requirements analysis, partnerships, etc. Always welcome a good discussion of how to create better experiences through software to more people, faster and cheaper. And I don't think that's big, hairy or audacious enough yet. :)
