Julee Bellomo joined Carfax in 2012. She is working across multiple teams as an Agile Coach, and also as an Agile PM to faciliate small projects. She has experience running Agile workshops, facilitating large project demos with cross-functional teams, and conducting Agile Assessments.

Prior to Carfax, Julee worked as a consultant implementing Agile at AARP and Agile Coaching across four teams, including a systems development team. She also trained and implemented the teams to use Rally as an Enterprise tool.

She joined Deltek in 2011 as Scrum Master of their GovWin product development team and the Integration project team, chartered to merge two new Deltek acquisitions - FedSources, Inc. and INPUT with the existing GovWin product. She asissts with implementing Agile/Scrum in the development environment and with implementing it across multiple teams, using Jira and Rally.

Julee worked for NCARB in 2009 as a Project Manager for their IS Dept and then as Assistant Director, PMO from 2010 - 2011. Her Scrum roles migrated from Scrum Master to Product Owner. She assisted with implementing Scrum/Agile at NCARB, worked in a Scrum of Scrum environment, and has conducted informal Scrum orientation and training with development teams and other ScrumMasters.

She is familiar with the Agile tools Team Foundation Server, Jira/Greenhopper, and Rally.
