With over 10 years experience, Mike is possesses a unique combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and people management skills.
Mike's work is centred in the web development sphere. While completing his Master of Science degree at the University of East Anglia in Norwich, England, Mike developed a system which automatically generated sports statistics content – a product which he soon sold to 365 Corporation for their popular Football365 website. During his time at Reinvent Technology, Mike worked his way up to become the development manager within three years. As the company grew to its peak of 50 employees with a development staff of 12, he continued to run the team while also introducing improved development practices into the organization.
Mike is now an independent consultant offering development, managerial and process management services. He lives in Port Coquitlam, a suburb of Vancouver, BC, with his wife and two daughters.
