27 years of professional management information systems experience, with an extensive consulting career in all phases of software life cycle management including system analysis, application development and training. For the last fifteen years, he has performed as project manager, chief architect and technical lead consultant in the design, development, maintenance and support of multiple environmental management applications and the Headquarters Marine Corps Environmental Applications Portal (HEAP) used by United States Marine Corps installations and HQMC LFL-5 to support their environmental management efforts. He is a member of the Agile Alliance and a Certified Scrum Master, and involved with the SharePoint and SQL Server user groups in Northern Virginia/Washington DC area.
