The team manages 80 Websites and Portals for the Administration. According to the new organization a new workload structure need to be taken in place to ensure delivery, cost reductions and portfolio scalability ready to offshore. Achievements  Defining Scope and Roadmap to Organizational Optimization: • Conducted internal interviews with Agency stakeholders • Review of the business processes • Identified overlapping and interdependences • QA review and preconisation of testing policies • Clearing findings with Senior Management and delivery of portfolio performance metrics • Scope defined and cleared. Set up of Transition Phases.
