Besides being a Certified Scrum Practitioner, Joshua also holds a Sun Certified Java Programmer 6 Certification. He has broad experiences in Enterprise environment mainly using Java with company such as Toyota Manufacturing Indonesia, American International Group and Government Agencies in Australia.

He was widely known as an active Java community leader and received an award from Sun Microsystems Indonesia for his achievement. Besides using Java he also enjoys using dynamic programming language like Python and Ruby. He's also an opensource activist and writes opensource software.
