I have been working in the computing  area for 20 years.  As developer, project manager,  program manager, IT consultant or Business consultant I 've seen the project fields under different angles.

 Six years for Hewlett Packard , 2 years for TOTAL, consultancy for  Town of Lyon, Schneider, Bureau Veritas… I've been in touch with  different cultures among  key accounts.

Tignes resort,  Communication agencies, Cooling products makers…i have also lived the specificity of SME.

I sometimes succeded to change way of working getting collaboration and individuals over tools and contracts. But I  missed Agility until  I discovered the Agile manifesto in 2006.

As independant consultant today I help  my customers optimazing their ROI regarding software developments. I help them to redefine and inhabit news roles . I help them to completely reorganize phases of the project  and obtain the best output from it...

I help them to  enter the Agility age and to like it.
