Martin Gaedke is a Full Professor of Computer Science at Chemnitz University of Technology, Germany and owner of the professorship for Distributed and Self-organizing Computer Systems. He was a senior scientist at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), and managing and leading the IT-Management and Web Engineering research group at the Institute of Telematics at the University of Karlsruhe.

Martin's work and research has focused on Web-based applications since 1993. He managed several projects for companies like HP, Daimler, Agilent, Microsoft Research, and others.

Martin helps his customers, partners and teams in applying Scrum and Agile practices for developing massively distributed applications.
