Development Manager and Scrum Master at Adgistics Ltd, a small London based software company specialising in the advertising industry (hence the awful play on words used in the company name ;-)

Approximately 4 years hands on web development experience, with a further 5 years as development lead.

For the last 2 years my role has been hands off with responsibilities split between development and project management. In this time I have instigated and overseen the implementation of scrum and agile practices with a high level of success over multiple concurrent projects. I continually strive to improve processes within the company and deliver high quality software.

I've worked on and led projects for leading brands including Vodafone, Adidas, Swisscom, ebay, Salomon, Disney and Network Rail.
