Started in IT 1992 as a Mainframe Developer, went through the ranks from Developer to Warehouse Architect to Project Management. Have managed more than 200 software development projects in career. Currently working as the Director for Projects and Risk in a software development company named Airborne Consulting. All the PM's in Airborne Consulting are Certifed Scrum Masters.  Airborne currently runs 22 projects concurrently, and has a success rate of more than 90%.
