As a consultant to a variety of clients, I enjoyed a high degree of trust with both my team and client teams. I started using Scrum practices in 2008 and became a Certified Scrum Master in 2009. Our teams applied a blend of Scrum and PMBok practices to predominantly Fixed Price - Fixed Scope contracts, using a collaborative approach for risk management and issue resolution, and focused on ensuring all project stakeholders had clear insight into the project at all times.
