Rajamanickam Muthuramalingam (shortly 'Raja') is a seasoned IT professional with more than 25 years of experience in software development, testing, process development and deployment and process consulting. Raja has hands on experience in setting up process excellence groups from scratch, managing complex Qualty Assurance functions of a huge corporation, helping companies on the process improvemet journeys through consulting assignments and conducting CMM and CMMI appraisals. As an Agile Coach, Raja is mainly focused on bringing both agility and discipline through the practices of Scrum and CMMI together.
Raja has conducted Agile Scrum Trainings in many public sessions and at client locations. Raja helps clients understand the value of agile methodologies and hand hold them to implement agile, mainly Scrum practices in their projects. Raja is also a Visiting Professor to many Engineering Institutions and Business Schools, where he teaches varied subjects like Strategic Sourcing, Software Quality Management, Agile Methods, Six Sigma and Lean for services.
