In an Agile space, I am a goal focused practitioner who calls upon over five years of hands-on agile success working with teams to make great things happen by facilitating delivery as a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Scrum-Master (CSM), engaging Agile Coach and diplomatic Agile Lead.
My character and leadership style provide a confident, proactive, positive energy that helps to keep each work-stream focused upon delivering the agreed business-value whilst raising the collective awareness of 'what makes Agile work for them?’
