Tanja Woodhouse works as Product Manager in an internal IT department. The products, that Tanja is responsible for,  are four applications and their interfaces; Siebel (Oracle), Oracle BI, MS Sharepoint and ETWeb. In Tanja's development team there are: 

*coders, who are specialised in the individual apllications

*business analyst, who are specilised in their area of the business, but has good knowledge of the four applications.

*testers, who test each indivual changes, and updates test scripts (manual and automatic) used for regression testing

Over the next 9 months the IT department will try to apply the SCRUM principles.
