Ms. Canafax served as the project lead to build a working Model of Kent County’s HR and benefits system; delivered a full working demonstration and presentation to the steering committee and the ASG executive sponsors.   She provided re-engineered benefit processes; documentation of variances, conversions, interfaces, and recommended reports and an implementation schedule required for project completion in three and half months.  Provided project management and planning throughout the implementation.

Ms. Canafax served as the Senior Consultant and project lead for the implementation of the Benefit Administration module, along with FSA Claims Administration, COBRA Administration and Benefits Billing for the City and County of Denver.  She led strategic redesign of the corporate business model to support business process re-engineering efforts.  She was instrumental in coordinating and working with outside personnel to convert the data from the legacy system to PeopleSoft.  This also included loading data from outside vendors for current dependent data to begin event maintenance.  Served as the Test Lead at ECOLAB from Oct 97 – Apr 98 and led user acceptance testing for the on-line and batch processes; conducted parallel testing for payroll.  She served as the Functional Lead for Southland Corporation, Jun 97 - Oct 97; provided documented business requirements, functional specifications, and created test scripts for a customized Managed Disability Module.
