Bob Barrett is currently a Project Manager in Professional Services at Copyright Clearance Center (CCC), where he manages delivery of copyright licensing & related services to clients worldwide.  Prior to CCC, Bob was the Director of Client Services for Iron Mountain Digital, a multimillion dollar organization that provides email and image archival for Fortune 1000 companies.   Under his direction, the Client Services organization streamlined the client project implementation process resulting in a significant reduction in project time and cost while measurably improving customer satisfaction and increasing revenue.  Bob has also served as a senior project manager at InterOps Management Solutions, Internet Commerce Services (iCOMS), and Vality Technology, where he led the development of effective project implementation methodologies, managed client project implementations, and managed client accounts.  Bob has also held senior management positions at Putnam Investments and John Hancock Mutual Funds, with responsibilities all relating to project management, client relations and software development.  Bob began his career at Wang Laboratories.

Bob holds a BS in Management Science from the University of Massachusetts, an MS in Business Administration from Boston University, is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI),is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
