Stephen Reed is now a Certified ScrumMaster with a background incuding the followin; Senior Business Analyst, Director of Prestige Consulting Ltd, Legal Practice Manager, Registered Mediator and Dispute Resolution consultant, as well as sitting for a year as Chairperson of the NZ Computer Society Waikato chapter.

Stephen's education has included a Bachelor of IT, with a Post Graduate Diploma of Computing and Information Sciences from AUT in Auckland, NZ. During the time working at the AUT SERL Software and Engineering Resarch Lab in 2002 Stephen was chosen to participate in a Summer Research Project at Standford University developing intelligent devices for people with dissabilities and the elderly.

Stephen is enthusiastic about the Scrum framework and utilising agile methods to achieve solid outcomes for business. Also Stephen would like to delve in to the use of agile methods to increase performance in non-developmental type of workflows, such as law firm management and other non software based activities.
