o    new ERP systems and integration with existing systems,

o    Web systems integrated with legacy back-end systems,

o    Business-to-business data interchange,

o    company mergers and the resulting data migrations,

o    and many other development and enhancement projects

o    Have had a number of significant successes managing maintenance and support teams, taking over badly ailing (red alert level) systems, and clearing the systems of all logged faults within 5-6 months each time.

-       Served as subject matter expert on project management standards committee

-       Enjoy teaching others, and have coached and mentored many less experienced project managers over the last 10+ years.

-       Passed the Management Advancement Programme (MAP), to learn more about business, outside of IT. Achieved MBA credits for Financial management, Strategic management, Operations management. B&C grades for Economics, Marketing management, Human resources management

-       Have been recognised with numerous performance/merit awards, as an individual and for my project teams, throughout my career, all nominated by clients
