Ram Sathia is a Project and Quality Management consultant with Prokarma, Inc. With close to 10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Project Management, Ram is a PMP from PMI, CSM for Scrum Alliance and a CSQA from QAI. Ram has Bachelors in Science and Masters in Business from University of Madras, India. During his career, Ram has managed projects, automated functional tests and performed software process audits. Ram's QA experience include Automated Testing using HP tools, Rational tools and open source tools like Selenium, WatIn, etc. Ram has extensively used management frameworks like Six Sigma, CMMI, Earned Value Management, Scrum, etc. Prior to Prokarma, Ram has worked with HCL Technologies for 5 years in a Quality and Project Lead capacity. Through out his career, Ram has worked with top notch Software and System development companies like TATA, Teradyne, InfoUSA and TSYS. Ram has performed Project / Quality Management consulting for Fortune 500 like clients to list few are AIG, D&B, LSI Logic, Altera, IBM, Qualcomm, USPS, Barclays and Bank of America. Ram's interests are global economics, rafting and leisure travel.
