Fabricia Paula works for AFS Intercultural Programs as International Consultant since 2004, in chagre for IT projects mainly. Before she worked for AFS office in Brasil for 10 years. She works in a virtual team, while the office is in New York, her boss is in SUI and the IT company is based in Thailand.  Scrum has being implemented in AFS since March 2009 and she is Product Owner for most of the projects of AFS.
