Mikael Lundgren has been working as a member and/or leader of development teams since 1995, starting from traditionally defined projects to discovering and starting to practice agile leadership in 2001. A CSM since 2003, Mikael became a CST in 2006, and is currently working as a consultant Scrum master, interrim manager, Scrum coach and mentor helping people and companies adopt and understand agile and lean principles.
