Paula Szyjka started her Financial Services career with T. Rowe Price in 1988.  After transitioning from the Investment Counsel portfolio management group in 1993 she shifted her focus to IT taking her valuable experience with her new direction in the Investment Technologies group and remained at TROW for 18 satisfying years.

For a short time Paula was ready for a change and worked for the Judicial Information Systems group in Annapolis, MD where she help develop a new accounting system for the Circuit Courts in the state of Maryland.

In 2007 Paula was beckoned back to the Financial Services IT industy when she began working for her present employer Legg Mason Technology Services in the STP group.  Paula enjoys her project management role and brings years of financial services experience in SWIFT, portfolio accounting, cash management, reconciliation, corporate actions, and trade compliance to the Straight Through Processing group at LMTS.
