Joined XOS Digital in July 2011 and immediately rolled out Scrum Process for dev team, who were working under waterfall PM practices. Currently manage 2 Project Managers working towards becoming CSPM and a Quality Assurance team of 2. Recently became CSPO and am also working with acting PO's as well as Stakeholders within the company to further refine and educate the Scum Process. I really enjoy training and sharing Scrum practices not only internally with the XOS staff but with our partners as well. Since our parterns have been introduced to Scrum via our processes i.e. SEC, PAC12, Big East, etc.they have come to realize this is the best development practice and are requiring other vendors they work with to adopt the Scrum methodolgies. I would like to become a Certified Scrum Professional so I can continue on to become a Certified Coach/Trainer and continue to share my knowledged and best practices.

Entered Bonnier Corp as a Project Manager practicing waterfall dev. Company moved to Scrum methodooglies and I became SCPM in May 2009. Project Managed 4 separate high profile Scrum Teams, all with multiple developers as well as multiple QA staff: Infrastructure- this team was responsible for all new platform rollouts as well as upates/upgrades Mobile Development-this team was responsible for the intial implementations of Bonnier products on IOS-Apple as well as Android platforms Ad Ops- this team was responsible for delivering sponsored micro sites tied to strict timelines resulting in large revenue stream Parenting Magazine- managed and maintained www.parenting.com
