Wang Aimin works at Zebra Technical Services (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd as the lead for the firmware team.  Since 1996, he has also worked for GES Singapore Pte Ltd, CET Technologies Pte Ltd and GE (China) R&D Centre Co. where his jobs have included (Snr)R&D Firmware Engineer, Video Project Leader and Team Lead. His experience covers various of embedded systems and delivered products from IBM POS machines, In Vehicle Terminal, Windows Mobile Phone, Windows CE Crypto Phone to Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR) machines. He is one of the first Certified Scrum Master in Singapore and he has been using Agile software development method in his team since May 2009. He has a Bacholer Degree of Engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics. He also earned a Master Degree of Engineering from Shanghai Institute of Astronautic Technology. He has a long term interest in embedded system and firmware development.

Wang Aimin lives in the the northern part of Singapore with his wife Judy and his 7-year-old son Qirui. When not working, he likes to swim with son or take his family to Singapore Botanic Gardens whenever there is show in Shaw Foundation Symphony Stage.
