Jon co-founded LeanDog Software Studio in 2008 after 18 years of experience providing IT leadership in both Fortune 500 and start up organizations. His passion is eliminating waste, optimizing the performance of IT teams and helping organizations become lean.

Jon provides extensive hands on experience in organizational transformations to Agile and Lean software methods. He has worked directly with Executive Leadership teams of Fortune 500 organizations to reduce waste and improve quality. He was named leader and co-managed the transformation of a 3,000 person IT organization that entailed coaching 26 teams.
