•The project was to automate the process of generating invoices and collecting premiums from Risk Groups and admin fees from Administrative Services Groups. Payments were drafted through ACH.
•This project saved nearly 1000 man-hours of back office work /month.
•Created an estimated $200,000/year in saving by automating the process of payment to providers through ACH.
