I am a technically-proficient manager with over 14 years of diversified experience designing, producing and delivering web-based solutions. I have worked in a variety of internet agencies assuming different duties. From Art Director to Developer to Project Manager, I have covered the spectrum of responsibilities.

As the Lead, acting as liaison among Engineers, Designers and Developers, I manage the team giving them the support and motivation they need toward delivering complex web experiences and intuitive user interfaces. As the Technologists, I provide the technical know-how throughout the project life-cycle. 

I have experience working in collaborative environments, integrating design, technology, business strategy and managing clients. I like to work in an Agile and entrepreneurial company structure that encourages teamwork, self-organization and accountability. I am a firm believer that Scrum and Extreme Programming are the best methodologies to assure a hight ROI and low technical debt. I am also a Certified Scrum Master.
