Introduced Agile-Scrum to the eScholastic Business Unit and trained the development and product teams responsible for delivering the Teachers' Web Site on a new platform with improved performance and new features. The teams were able to deliver the new Teachers' Web Site with the minimum viable feature set in 8 months, which exceeded expectations. The new site was migrated from a proprietary CMS to the Drupal [6] open-source CMS.
