Have been involved with Agile (XP) projects for about 4 years as Senior Software Engineer, while slowly moving into a Programmer/Coach role. I find the methodology highly rewarding and have always been interested in Scrum and how it relates to XP. I was pleased to discover (through doing the Scrum Master Certification) it's tight focus on the overall management process without necessarily delving deeply into technical development practices like TDD, Pair Programming, etc, which for me represents a clear seperation of concerns.
