Kerstin Kafke holds degrees in economics and engineering sciences. After several years as an employee in industry (Blohm+Voss, Lufthansa Technik) she founded a consulting company in 1992 that focuses on the development of business processes and organizational structures. She shapes mergers, collaborations and alliances with particular expertise in the optimization of cross-enterprise business processes. Kerstin Kafke also works as a classical project manager and became Certified Scrum Master in 2009. She is one of the rare types of project managers who apply agile project management methods to non-IT-projects. Most of her customers belong to health care, deaconry or church.
