Ariel started his career as a software developer and has since worked through most Software/Technology industry development positions since early 2002, from Development, Testing, Business Analyst trough Project Manager and PMO, have applied iterative development since 2005, using RUP, AUP, and SCRUM, and lately has Certified SCRUM Master by the SCRUM Alliance on April 2009.

Have a bachelor title from the ORT Syngalowsky Technologic Institute in Israel, have participated and implemented CMMI in the past as well as certified CMMI 1.2 Dev model, and recently passed the PMP Certification within the PMI.

He has been working as a Project Manager since 2006 and as a SCRUM Master from 2008 in different projects, seeing himself as an Agile evangelist and a SCRUM follower trying to explain and teach the Agile values as well as the SCRUM Framework within his organization and in different discussion forums. Also believe that in SW/Technology development projects (but not limited to) it is of a high benefit bringing together and complementing different tools, frameworks, models and methodologies to deliver the highest value to the business, without losing the business objectives and the Agile values.
