I have overall 10 plus years of experience as a Project Manager/Senior Business Systems Analyst with at least 6 years as a Project Manager in various areas of the financial services industry.

I have recently served at Fidelity Investments, where I served as a Systems Project Manager.  My primary responsibilities included project management functions including project initiation activities, managing the systems/functional specifications definition and documentation processes, project and documentation reviews, change management, management reporting and being involved in all aspects of the time, quality and cost variables of the project.  I have Project Management certificate from Bryant University and I am planning to take the PMP exam in the near future.

I have also served as a Systems Analyst on a number of projects and I am highly proficient in the requirements gathering and documenting process.  I am well versed in various industry best practice processes for defining user requirements, use cases and have used Rational products such as Rational ReqPro.

During my previous employments, I have also managed and coordinated a number of QA testing projects where I ensured successful compliance to business requirements.  I have worked closely with QA Team Members, Production Support and Developers to discuss defects, workarounds, fixes and testing strategies.  I am well versed with several issue management and tracking tools including Mercury Quality Center and Rational ClearQuest.

I am a US citizen and I have been living in the Boston/Providence area for the last seventeen years.
