Christian integrates sustainable positive changes, as well as customer orientation, into organisations and supports so the organisation in reaching its business goals. Christian is a SCRUM Master and EOQ Quality System Manager (certified via DGQ) and has also a strong SEI CMMI background. He worked with RUP and OOA/D with UML, and has advanced Project Management experiences (IPMA).

Christian worked with Ascom from 2000 till 2010 as Software Engineer (2y), SW Project Manager and SW Team Leader (3y) and as Quality- and Software Platform Manager (3y) before accepting in 2008 the offer to become 100% “Head of Divisional QM”. He filled this role for 2 years and is now Director Development at LORENZ Life Sciences Group in Frankfurt.

During his Software Engineering times he worked in different roles in international software-product-developments, mainly Kernel and User Space application development in C/C++ on Linux and also RTOS . He also did some Windows and Java Projects and Client/Server and Web-Projects. Added to that he can be considered as M$ Office expert (in creation of VBA Tool-Chains for QA,QC and Project Management Tools).

During his QM work he had the chance to run a CMMI Improvement Program (06-08) within an R&D department as well as two organisational Change Management projects, one in 06 within the same R&D-unit and on in 08 within our complete “Division”.

His combination of having a professional software engineering background combined with sound project-, quality- and change management experience and a big set of soft skills forms his strength and is the reason for his happy customers.
