Founder member of confused.com which launched March 2002.
The group has grown from half a dozen people using a few Dell desktops to host the application, to over 170 staff with an IT community of ~70 people.

I became Scrum certified in 2009. What appeals most to me about Scrum is its common sense (and simple) methodology paired with it's tendency to highlight dysfunction.  

Scrum provides an opportunity to preserve our start-up mentality of courage + innovation and empower our teams to create and deliver.
