Started off as a trainee developer at Shoprite/Checkers and progressed to Junior developer there, I then moved to The Netherlands for 2 years where I did mainly back en C development on a pre-press system in a unix environment. On returning to South Africa I went to work at Media24 in research and development, developing in a variety of languages, but mainly java. I then joined Isis and was assigned to the Unibase system at Telkom where I helped develop the work force management system. I joined Magmatec as a senior developer and have been involved in a number of projects either as a developer or as in my current position as team lead.
