I am a Principal Engineer working at Intel Corp for 17 years in Portland Oregon. 

I am the head of a Process Action Team working to use Scrum for Microprocessor Product Development Engineering.
We have a non-OOP environment, all Electrical Engineers, and a mix of software and hardware activities. We have been 
doing Scrum since June 2006 with 8Scrum teams and have been investing in Scaling Scrum since July 2007. 
We have ~70 people across our Scrums.
