While at MEI I have been involved in managing multiple projects and systems integration efforts for the Vending Management Solutions products and solutions. I also received my Program Management Professional (PMP) certification in March 2008.

My years of employment at Honeywell have been focused on developing distributed control systems and products for Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS). Varied experiences have allowed me to develop a well rounded background in technical expertise, managerial leadership and personal skills.

My technical achievements have been recognized with a number of awards including the H. W. Sweatt Award in 1999 for the PlantScape Control Builder. While leading this project and other projects, I have valuable experience in planning, tracking, budgeting and managing complex schedules and goals. Further, I am skilled in leading and motivating people and teams both inside and outside my direct management unit. My technical expertise is in the area of Microsoft technologies, relational databases, RTOS, C++, XML and industrial field networks. I have familiarity with Java, communication protocols and UNIX. I am a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and have participated in Lean and 5s projects.
