Mike Emry has worked in software development for over 30 years in the banking and oil industries, mostly in the San Francisco Bay Area where he now works and lives.  For the past 20+ years he has been managing projects, and more recently in the organizations's PMO.  He first implemented Scrum in projects starting in 2003.  Mike is a certified ScrumMaster (CSM, July 2004), Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP, January 2007, 2008, 2009), Certified Scrum Professional (2010, 2012), Professional Scrum Master I/II (2011 - Scrum.org), PMP (2011), and PMI-ACP (2011).  He is a member of the Scrum Alliance, Agile Alliance, Agile Leadership Network (ALN), BayALN, and PMI.
