I am responsible for ensuring that the team and business (or product owner) communicate clearly and follow the scrum framework. I am constantly evaluating ways to improve the skill sets and tools that the group uses. I have helped grow scrum in the business and it is now considered the tool of choice when doing projects. Waterfall is now considered as not suitable foe the work we do.
