Mariusz plays a Scrum Master role for one Team at Nokia Siemens Networks in Wroclaw since July 2009. Scrum is used widely - 8 Scrum Teams at this moment in Wroclaw + other locations - in the current project. Being Agile in such a scale is a real challenge.

Mariusz previous role was Team Leader in one project on behalf of Microsoft Poland. Some Scrum or rather Agile approach also was used in this project, but the scale was not so big.
