Jaibeer holds B.Tech degree from IIT Kharagpur and has 7 years of experience in IT industry. His experience with Agile started back in 2006 at Globallogic working with Acteva project using Scrum. At Xebia, he was active Scum team member on one of Xebia’s most successful Scrum projects, with three Scrum teams working distributed between Netherlands and India. A case study on this project has been published by Jeff Sutherland et al. With these practices, Xebia achieves high performance teams, linear scalability and outstanding quality. He has also helped setting up distributed Scrum team between France and India working on Plastic Omnium project.
