Andreas Crauser

I have studied computer science from 1991 - 1996 at Saarland university in Saarbrücken. Lateron I did my PhD in computer science at the Max-Planck society where I focussed on external memory algorithms and data structures. Being a computer scientist, my main interest is combinatorial optimization.

After having had a lot of fun in the academic life, I finally decided to move on the dark side of life and start earning money in industry. Since today I have worked in several positions including software engineering, product manager, team lead, ... Currently I am project manager for a company that develeops business intelligence software for retail business.
